How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then shipped by our partner warehouses. Allow 5 to 10 business days for most products; the exact time is shown on each product page. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you deliver, and is delivery really free?
We currently deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, and delivery is free on every order.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return a new, unused product in its original packaging. Please email us first at contact@lecododo.com to receive the instructions. Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.
When will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method, within 14 days at the latest.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed and encrypted by Stripe: we never see your card details.
