2-year legal guarantee
All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects. The details are in article 8 of our terms of sale.
What is covered
- Manufacturing and material defects
- Malfunctions under normal conditions of use
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by use, assembly or care that does not follow the instructions
- Falls, accidents or modifications to the product
Making a claim
- Email us at contact@lecododo.com with your order number.
- Describe the problem and attach photos or a short video.
- We reply within 5 business days and offer a repair, a replacement or a refund.
When the guarantee applies, return and reshipping costs are paid by us.
