This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Free delivery
Delivery is free, with no minimum order, to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco.
Delivery times

These times apply to most products. Some items shipped from further away are delivered in 7 to 14 business days: this is then stated on their product page and on the payment page. Fuiki products have their own delivery times, detailed below. Times may be slightly longer during busy periods or exceptional events (bad weather, strikes).
Fuiki products (training pants)
Products in the Fuiki range have their own delivery times and area. Delivery is still free and tracked.

For now, Fuiki products are delivered to mainland France only.
You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. High season means busy periods (sales, the end-of-year holidays).
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also enter it on our Track my order page.
A problem?
- Damaged parcel: let us know within 48 hours, with photos.
- Parcel stuck: if the tracking has not changed for 10 days, write to us.
- Long delay: if your order has not been delivered 30 days after purchase, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
