This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

30 days to change your mind

The law gives you 14 days after delivery to withdraw from your purchase. At LeCododo, you have 30 days.

How to return a product

  1. Email us at contact@lecododo.com with your order number.
  2. We confirm the returns address and the instructions.
  3. Send the complete product back, in its original packaging if possible, within 14 days of your message.

Please do not send anything without our confirmation: the returns address is in the instructions we send you.

Return costs

  • Change of mind: return costs are your responsibility.
  • Faulty product or mistake on our part: we cover all costs.

Refund

We refund the full order to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after your request. We may wait until we receive the product before refunding. A product visibly used beyond a simple trial may be subject to a deduction corresponding to its loss in value.
